J Stryker is at it again.

Jonathan Stryker — who runs the only LGBT-focused anime and geek conventions in Florida, OUT Con and Okama Con — has taken to Instagram to do special cosplay weeks.

In each week, Stryker cosplays as a different character each and every day. The themes range from Disney princes, to villains, to Cartoon Network characters and more.

“Disney week jump-started as one of many ideas I had after I came back from a road trip,” he told SFGN. “I wanted to try a new approach at cosplay so I started with a hero week that was super well received on social media, and then Disney week blew up and is now everywhere worldwide.”

For Disney prince week, Stryker cosplayed as fan favorites like Tarzan, Hercules, Emperor Kuzco, Aladdin and even Simba.

It's Disney Week! ???? Next up, a handsome God, HERCULES! ???????? Just finished making this costume and shot it ???? Today is a very special day to me. Exactly one year ago I met someone very special to me that would later help me understand who I truly am, much like Hercules in his quest to become a hero. And like with Megara, I'll forever have a place in my heart for this person ❤️ Something I really loved about Hercules was the scene when Zeus tells Hercules that he has the chin of a God. In middle school, this kid would make fun of my big chin. I became very insecure about it for much of my life. Thanks to Hercules, I now see it differently: I have the chin of the Gods! SO FUCK YOU PEASANT ASSHOLE FOR MAKING FUN OF ME ???? Final Disney character tomorrow! ✨ Who do you think it will be? ???? #jstryker #disney #waltdisney #disneyworld #waltdisneyworld #hercules #gaymer #gayfit #gaynerd #gaygeek #cosplay #cosplayer #cosplayers #god

“It was just my attempt at trying something new and so far super well received. I've always wanted to be a prince, haha.”

Stryker puts all of his costumes together as fast as possible to get them out on time, even at the cost of his health.

“When I commit to something, I make sure I use every minute of time off I have to make them. Sometimes I forget to eat and slave away all day trying to finish and shoot the costume on time.”

But the results — though made under a short amount of time — are worth it. Each of Stryker’s photos gets thousands of likes on Instagram.

Plus, you can’t beat the price.

“It's not that expensive,” he said. “I go to a little fabric store in Hialeah called Elias [Fabrics] that has some very nice fabrics for very cheap. If not I'll just thrift some pieces. The Flynn [Ryder] vest was free-99. I made everything from a chair cover. So yeah, some can take some money but others I use whatever I have at home to make.”

And for these special cosplay-themed weeks, Stryker has no intention of stopping anytime soon. In fact, he already has his next few weeks planned.

“As far as doing genderbend princesses, it'll definitely happen, just not anytime soon. I'm in the middle of Cartoon Network Week and will get busy on working on a horror movies week and Johnny Depp week after that for October since Halloween is coming up.”

Cartoon Network Week continues! ⚪️⚫️ Next up, from one of my favorite series of all time, Samurai Jack's lonesome revengeful samurai: JACK! ???? Long ago in a distant land, I, Haku, the shape shifting master of darkness, unleashed an unspeakable evil ???? Haha. Samurai Jack along with Courage the Cowardly Dog are my two favorite Cartoon Network series ever. The fact they pulled off entire episodes without any dialogue blew my mind. Master storytelling. I love Jack and I can't believe I finally became him. I made the robe and now I'm addicted to it and wanna wear it everywhere ???????? Taking a small break and resuming Cartoon Network Week this Sunday! Lastly, I'm literally in tears everyday from the outpour of love from people all over the world. I'm literally being featured in like every country and been getting screencaps and videos from magazines, newspapers, and news segments I'm in. You guys are the fire behind all my cosplays ???? I'm beyond grateful guys, I mean it from the bottom of my heart: THANK YOU! ❤️???????? #jstryker #blessed #samuraijack #jack #samurai #cartoonnetwork #cartoons #haku #cosplay #cosplays #cosplayer #gaymer #sword
