More than 35 years after the AIDS epidemic began striking down scores of gay men, activist Larry Kramer still has strong words for the politicians who ignored the crisis then and hinder the search for a cure today.

Author and AIDS activist Larry Kramer spoke at Sunshine Cathedral in an interview format with editor/writer Kevin Sessums on Friday, March 10^. Kramer was soft-spoken but fired up as he reflected on his career as a screenwriter, novelist and social activist. 

May marked one year since Larry Kramer died. He was one of the most influential leaders in the LGBT community.
