Gay Days is here, people. The festivities start tomorrow so if you were dumb enough not to read my datebook weeks before had no idea about it, tough luck and maybe next year. Every hotel is booked up so hopefully you have a group of friends who are willing to let you sleep on the floor. Disney’s water park, Typhoon Lagoon, in my opinion is the best event. There are thousands of half naked men, booze, tons of water slides, rides and live music. Remember to wear red when you go to the Disney park. If you catch me out, tell me to have a happy birthday, I turn 21 23 on Thursday.

If you are stuck in Fort Lauderdale for the week though, have no fear. There’s plenty of other activities to enjoy instead of partying it up in Orlando. Go to the Manor this weekend and party the night away. Bubblegum Fridays, hosted by Anjo and Oliver is better than any club in Orlando. The drinks are amazing and affordable, the music is always current and hot, and the boys are young, hung and full of… enthusiasm. Be sure to try the Manor’s exceptional menu before you leave for the night. You have to sober up somehow!

You might not feel like partying, which is understandable so check out Gateway Theater where Sunrise and U.S. 1 meet. The theater has been around for years and when you sit down with your popcorn and soda, it gives you the feeling you’ve traveled back in time. The screening rooms are old fashioned and intimate. It’s a great place to take that special someone out on a date. Gateway shows both independent and mainstream films so there’s always something interesting to watch. Look below for a list of movies they are playing this week.

Till next week ;)
