Transgender prostitute supposedly strangled victim, before setting room on fire. Second accomplice suspected.

Philadelphia, PA (AP) A man who police say is a transgender prostitute has been ordered to stand trial in the death of a man whose body was found in a burned-out Philadelphia hotel room.

Twenty-three-year-old Herman Burton was ordered Tuesday to stand trial on murder and arson charges stemming from the October death of 49-year-old Patrick Michael Brady.

Investigators found Brady's body after a fire alarm forced the evacuation of the 14-story Omni Hotel in the city's Old City neighborhood. Authorities say Burton strangled Brady then set the fire to cover it up.

A second man is charged with help
