Fun. Fun. Fun. That’s the only way to describe Priscilla Queen of the Desert, which is currently playing at Kravis in West Palm Beach, through April 28. If you like drag shows, then you’ll love the most famous drag show of all.

The Broadway musical uses well-known pop songs as its score and is adapted from the 1994 film “The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert,” telling the story of two drag queens and a transsexual who travel through the Outback in Australia to perform a drag show in Alice Springs, a small resort town in the middle of nowhere.

With classic pop songs like “It’s Raining Men” “What’s Love Got to Do With it” “I Say a Little Prayer” and “Material Girl” what’s not to love. And that’s all at the beginning of the first act.

And there’s the elaborate costumes that the show is also known for. Drag never looked so good.

It’s hard to resist the temptation to sing along and dance in your seat. This is one show that the LGBT community is sure to love and should not miss. Jason Parsley
