Sidelines Sports and Video Bar in Wilton Manors is a neighborhood bar where customers can kick back feel comfortable and just have fun. The mantra for Sidelines is a no drama zone!

“Our customers have come to expect the very best from us, and that is what we expect too. So, we will continue to bring them the quality, cleanliness and uniqueness that is Sidelines,” said Laurie Whitaker, co-owner of Sidelines.

During football season, Sidelines is a popular spot on Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Once football is over, fans flock in for college and professional basketball and soccer and later baseball.

“For our fans, one night may be more popular than another. It just depends on what team you are cheering for. Go Heat!” Whitaker said.

Back in the fall, Sidelines re-opened with a new, updated look. The bar now has over 24 TV's placed throughout the 3,150 square foot bar and outside patio area where sports fans and non-sports fans can be found watching over a dozen various sporting events.

The owners have been busy working on rebranding the bar Sidelines Sports & Video Bar which has included new events and drink specials, a new logo and the newest addition, a redesigned website.

Looking ahead, Sidelines will keep bringing its customers more and new sports, like volleyball or basketball or soccer. Whitaker plans to continue to host many more community events, such as the Florida AIDS Walk, World Out Games 2017, “Get Out The Vote” nights for upcoming elections, and others.
