The Palm Beach County Human Rights Council released a list of candidate endorsements and at the top of the list is former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Other endorsements by the PBCHRC include: Public Defender: Carey Haughwout, State Attorney: Dave Aronberg, Tax Collector: Anne M. Gannon, County Commissioner (Dist. 5): Mary Lou Berger, Boynton Beach City Commission (Dist. 3): Michael Fitzpatrick, Wellington Mayor: Bob Margolis, Wellington Village Councilman (Seat 3): John McGovern, Wellington Village Councilman (Seat 4): Michael Napoleone, West Palm Beach City Commissioner (Dist. 1): Sylvia Moffett, West Palm Beach City Commissioner (Dist. 3): Paula Ryan, West Palm Beach City Commissioner (Dist. 5): Shanon Materio.

PBCHRC Founder and President Rand Hoch said the organization’s voter’s alliance continues to conduct interviews and is focused on the congressional campaigns of Alcee Hastings, Ted Deutch and Lois Frankel whose districts were recently redrawn by the Florida Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, the Dolphin Democrats are held their annual holiday party Dec. 9 at the Richardson House in Wilton Manors. Guest speaker was Equality Florida governmental affairs manager Carlos Guillermo Smith, a candidate for the Florida House of Representatives in Orlando’s District 49.
