Jenner was in Iowa last weekend with her team filming the second season of "I Am Cait," her E! reality show, and tried to get a ticket to the Democratic presidential debate Saturday. Though her request was unsuccessful, the Olympic champion sat in with students at Drake University and watched the debate on TV, the L.A. Times reports.

But just because Jenner wanted to watch 2016 presidential hopefuls Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders and Martin O'Malley battle it out and discuss the issues, that doesn't mean the reality star, who told Diane Sawyer on "20/20" earlier this year that she is a Republican, is going to vote for any of them.

"They didn't convince me," Jenner told the L.A. Times of the three Democratic presidential hopefuls.

Jenner has come under fire by many from the LGBT community who don't understand her support for the GOP as a transgender woman. Just last week, trans activists confronted Jenner in Chicago, shouting "You are an insult to trans people, you are an insult to women."
