Do you have anything planned for the weekend? If you don’t know where to go, or where the hotties are hiding, I’m pretty sure I can point you in the right direction.
Mojo’s is the sophisticated restaurant and bar, which is also an abstract art gallery. Owner and executive chef Dominic Falcione is also the mind behind every piece of art you see in Mojo’s. Not only is the art impressive, the dinner menu matches it. Mojo has created quite a buzz within the gay community and their recently started late night Monday’s are already causing a stir on Facebook and other social networking sites. Their specials are $3 drinks, $6 martinis and Cuervo Margaritas. If you’re hungry a $6 muscle (mussels) bowl. I’m already making Mojo’s my Monday night hang out and if you come by, I’m sure you’ll make it the same. Visit Mojofl.com for more information.
Maybe you’ve only had your license for a few years. Maybe you’ve been driving for many. All I know is that there are drivers down in South Florida that cannot drive and need their license revoked should probably take a few courses in driver’s safety. It’s definitely a good idea to practice safe driving and the AARP is holding multiple Driver Safety Programs all over Pompano and Deerfield Beach just for those of you who are willing to admit what horrible drivers you really are that you could use a refresher. Look below, under Special Events to find out more information on this worthwhile opportunity.
Orlando Gay Days is coming up faster than you might think. You don’t want to miss out on booking that perfect room at the host hotel like you did last year, or forget to buy tickets to Typhoon Lagoon! Get started on it soon or you’ll be sharing a bed with the friendly dominatrix couple you met at the bar nearby at home, kicking yourself while bitterly stalking your crush’s page on Facebook for finding his “soul mate” at Disney when it could have been you. As my good friend suggests, “Prepare your livers!”
Play hard and stay safe! Till next week ;)
