The fourth annual 2010 Boca Raton Concours d’ El­egance will be held from February 19 through 21, at the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Florida. A series of extravagant and luxurious events will span over three days. This is all to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, including a stellar performance by comedian and famed late-night television host Dennis Miller.


The Concours d’ Elegance festivities begin Friday, February 19 with the duPont Registry Live! Hangar Party at Boca Raton Airport Hangar, from 6:00-8:00pm. This year’s Concours will bring back the exciting Friday Night Live! event, which will offer guests a chance to experience select tastings from South Florida’s most premier eateries. In addition to fine foods, guests can also indulge in an array of premium wines, paired supremely to complement the faire before them. Once the palate and appetite of guests are fully satisfied, they can peruse a fine selection of exotic automobiles and private jets. Guests will also enjoy live entertainment.

Saturday, February 20th features the black-tie optional gala dinner with a live performance by five-time Emmy award-winner Dennis Miller. In previous years, comedian Jay Leno, Bill Cosby and Howie Mandel graced the stage at the gala. This year’s performance by star Dennis Miller is sure to be just as phenomenal, delivering an amazing performance for a night to remember.

The black-tie optional gala will begin at 5:30pm with a cocktail hour and extensive silent auction. Guests will be welcomed to take their seats in the Gala ball room at 7:00pm and enjoy a fine dinner and one of the most outrageous live auctions, Dennis Miller takes the stage for a live performance at 9:00pm. Auction items include the all new 2011 Audi R8 V10 Spyder Cabriolet Convertible, Ferrari 458 Italia, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, and Hyundai Equus. All proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County.

In addition, the Automotive Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to one of America’s automotive legends, AutoNation CEO, Mike Jackson. Jackson has shown dedication to the automobile world and is known for his decades of commitment in the automotive business arena as well as his media-appointed role as national spokesperson for all of the auto dealers nationwide.

The Concours d’ Elegance Automobile and Motorcycle Exhibition begins Sunday, February 21st at 10:00am and is open to the public with tickets at $50 per person. Car and motorcycle fanatics from around the world will get to experience an automotive showcase featuring cars and motorcycles from a wide range of time periods. Jam packed with three days of fabulous events, this year’s Concours d’ Elegance promises to be unforgettable.
