A former gay porn performer, who became a Vine celeb known for his truly horrible raps, was arrested Sunday after a standoff with Virginia police, local news site NewsPlex.com reports.

Bryan Silva, 25, was charged with abduction and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Charlottesville, Va. area police responded to a domestic dispute around 6 a.m. Sunday. The call was made by a neighbor, the authorities said.

"It was a domestic disturbance," Police Chief Tim Longo told NewsPlex.com. "A female caller said that she was threatened with a fire arm, we responded and began an investigation."

Silva was allegedly holding his 17-year-old girlfriend against her will, barricading himself inside his home. The victim told police Silva also threatened her with a handgun and told cops he threatened to shoot the police, according to NewsPlex.com.

The website reports police made contact with Silva on the phone but he refused to leave the home, which sparked police to activate SWAT Teams.

Witnesses described the neighborhood where the standoff took place as a safe and quiet area, NewsPlex.com reports.

"Fortunately by the grace of God this ended peacefully," Longo told the website. "We have someone in custody, he's safe, he's unharmed, as are the rest of the members of this community."

Str8UpGayPorn (extremely NSFW) points out Silva, who made gay porn using the name Max Payne, is already a convicted felon for destruction of property and marijuana possession.
