Minnesota police are currently searching for a man they believe pointed a gun at an adult video store worker after the two had a dispute about a broken penis pump, the Smoking Gun reports.

A police report obtained by the Smoking Gun claims the man approached a clerk at Viva Video last Wednesday night and "attempted to return a sexual device" he previously purchased. The suspect said the penis pump was malfunctioning but the employee said there would not be a refund "because [the pump] had been used," police said.

That's when "the suspect pulled out a black handgun and threatened the clerk." The suspect then fled the store.

Authorities said they have "limited suspect information," the Smoking Gun reports. A spokesperson for the police said no arrest has been made in the incident, which investigators said was a felony aggravated assault with a firearm.
