Dance Diva Sylvia Tosun is coming to Miami for the Winter Music Conference.
She’s appearing as part of Fusion Radio’s first-ever VideoTron Miami on Friday, March 28.
Tosun will be one of the featured acts during the event. The performance comes at a great time in Tosun’s career – her new single “The Dragon Flies” is burning up the Billboard Dance charts.
The song’s title, “The Dragon Flies” — is a symbolic double entendre of rebirth and spiritual awakening. The Dragon and the Dragonfly, in their strength, both bend and twist with the wind, and move along with the vicissitudes of life. It represents the transformation of everyday life into something magical and hopeful. “I was always inspired by the insect the dragonfly and its meanings in different cultures,” Tosun said. “And in certain cultures, when you see a dragon flying, it’s like doing the impossible or creating a miracle,” she said.
Tosun is looking forward to performing the song at WMC.
“I’m imagining this year’s conference will be a lot more international than in the past. I think a lot more people will be visiting from overseas. I’m excited to perform this new song there,” she said. “I’m also excited to perform with people that I know and love. It feels good to have something out when the festivals are going on.”
As for what’s next, Tosun plans to continue collaborating with Trance star Andrew Rayel. “It’s refreshing to work with him, because of our backgrounds,” she says. And overall, the creation of music is a really big deal for her right now. “This year is all about creativity!”
