GreatNonprofits.org, a leading site for ranking local charities, has awarded two Florida’s LGBT charities which received some of the highest customer ratings in 2016.
Equality Florida and CenterLink: The Community of LGBT Centers received the “Top-Rated Charities” award from Great Nonprofits. Both charities were ranked by donors, volunteers and aid recipients and received the highest scores for helping those in need, according to a press release.

GreatNonprofits empowers people to share their experiences and help others find the best charities — whether they wish to donate, volunteer or know someone trying to find help.”
Of the top 5 rated LGBT nonprofits, CenterLink in Ft. Lauderdale and Equality Florida in St. Petersburg received third and fourth place, respectively.
