A cook at a Chili's in Valrico, Fla., was fired this week after he posted "sexy" photos of him posing shirtless (but wearing an apron!) in the restaurant's kitchen to Facebook, Gawker reports.

The heavily tattooed cook, who goes by the name Justin Speekz, came under fire from Chili's officials after they caught wind of the photos, which are titled "Sexy Cooks of Chili's."

"Chili's clearly does not encourage this type of behavior in our restaurants," the restaurant said in a statement to South Miami's ABC-affiliate station WTFS. "We maintain very high standards of food quality, safety and cleanliness and took immediate steps to ensure the restaurant continues to follow these requirements. Additionally, we ended this team member's employment after learning of his conduct."

But apparently WTFS discovered that the photos were not technically in violation of health codes. The news station showed the "sexy" photos, where a shirtless Speekz seductively lays on top of a food prep table, to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the agency that regulates restaurants.

The organization said it did not appear that the cook was violating any health codes because there was no food being provided.

"After seeing the photos, the Chili's in Valrico passed a surprise inspection with no critical violations," WTFS writes.

Gawker points out that Speekz may be just fine without his job as a Chili's cook. He apparently is a rapper who makes music under the name J-Speekz. You can listen to his tracks over at SoundCloud.
