A man was found dead in a Wilton Manors apartment Thursday, possibly the victim of homicide, police said.

Officers discovered the man, in his 30s, inside an apartment at 578 NE 20 St. about 5 p.m. Narcotics were found near the body, and there were no obvious signs of a struggle, Jennifer Bickhardt, police spokeswoman, said. 

No other information about the man was released. The Broward Sheriff's Office is investigating, she said.
