A supermarket in Wilton Manors sold a Florida Lottery ticket worth $5 million.
The $20 Flamingo Multiplier scratch-off ticket was purchased at the Publix located at 2633 N. Dixie Hwy., lottery officials said Wednesday. The game's top prize ticket was purchased by a Central Florida woman, Suzanne Gulledge, 51, of Sorrento, in Lake County.
According to lottery officials, Gulledge chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $3,782,388.
For selling the winning ticket, the Publix store will receive a $10,000 bonus commission, lottery officials said.
