An auction for charity is taking place May 20 at Village Pub in Wilton Manors. Eligible men and women shall present gifts and raise money for the charity of their choice. It all intends to be a good time, say organizers.
SFGN’s entry into this elite field is Edwin Neimann, an advertising executive.
Neimann, a gay man, comes with an impressive prize package. The 6-foot-2 Iowa native’s itinerary includes a one hour couple’s massage courtesy of Grand Resort and Spa, a $100 gift card to Café Vico 3 in Fort Lauderdale and two movie tickets at The Classic Gateway Theatre.
The charity auction is hosted by Deliver the Dream, a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to help families heal. At the Village Pub some of South Florida’s most eligible bachelors and bachelorettes are scheduled to take the stage Wednesday evening around 7:30 p.m.
They are being described as brave for doing so and will offer their own unique and distinctive prize packages.
Sponsors include WalMart, Jaguar, AIDS Healthcare Foundation, Isle Casino, Iberia Bank, PNC Bank, SFGN and many more. This is the third year for the auction, according to a press release from Deliver the Dream.
