Pets: Calvin

Calvin Via Humane Society

Thirteen-year-old Calvin (ID 617666) is currently the oldest feline waiting to be adopted at the shelter. Sadly his owner passed away and now this longhaired, front declawed fellow is looking for a home to spend his golden years.

Calvin will do best in a quiet environment where he can be pampered. He would love a cat tree to climb on and some catnip toys. He received a dental at the shelter and is ready to be adopted. Can Calvin be part of your family?

If you like big dogs than Romeo (ID 615998) is perfect for you! At 88 pounds and 5 years old, this lover boy is sure to win over your heart. He adores kids, is potty-trained, likes to play and will do best in a home with bigger dogs…the little ones tend to annoy him. One thing you should know, Romeo loves belly rubs! Thanks to Clear Choice, his adoption fee has been sponsored, so stop on by to meet this handsome fellow.

To meet Calvin, Romeo, or any of the other pets, please stop by the Humane Society of Broward County. The shelter is located at 2070 Griffin Road, a block west of I95 and opens daily at 10:30. Call 954-989-3977 ext. 6 for details or visit www.humanebroward.com
