After being put on notice by Bobby Brown's attorney for "false reporting" about his daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, who has been laying comatose on life support for over two weeks, TMZ has published news that the end may be near for the daughter of the late diva Whitney Houston.

"We're told several organs are already shutting down and the family now fully understands." TMZ reported Saturday.

Brown, 21, who was discovered last month unconscious in the bathtub of her Atlanta home for an unknown amount of time has been hospitalized and on life support since January 31.

TMZ's report comes days after it, along with several other news sources, were put on notice by Bobby Brown's attorney Christopher Brown for writing articles based on unnamed "sources."

"We support the candlelight vigil for Bobbi Kristina. The Brown family is amazed by the love and support from all that attended," said Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC, legal counsel for Bobby Brown.

"However the false reports that continue to appear in print and on the internet are egregious, false and will be dealt with at an appropriate time. In particular, the false reporting of TMZ, The National Enquirer, The Atlanta Journal Constitution and the Daily Mail (UK) citing, police sources, family sources and Bobby Brown himself, will receive my attention. The desire to be "first" has clouded the judgment of many reporters as they forgo accuracy. This is a criminal investigation and the integrity of that process requires silence," Brown added.

Her father, '80s pop singing sensation Bobby Brown, has been holding to his religious beliefs and plans to keep his daughter on life support.

TMZ's report Saturday followed positive news reported by the Washington Post on February 11 that Brown's condition was improving.

"We know that she's opening her eyes," Her aunt Leolah Brown said in an interview with Fox 5 Atlanta. "That's true. She's opening her eyes, and there's a few more things that she's doing, but Krissi is doing well right now. She is."

Last week, Hollywood Life reported that Brown has been surrounded by her family. Grandmother Cissy Houston has been singing her Whitney Houston and sent 22 dozen roses to her hospital room in anticipation of her 22nd birthday on March 4.
