Popstar Reclaims the Fame on the Cover of Out Magazine
move over Gaga, Christina Aguilera is back with a new album, chart-topping single and is featured on the cover of the latest issue of Out Magazine.
The ever-changing pop diva has been one of the most influential perform- ers of the past decade, al- though her popularity has not reached the stratospheric heights of other stars, most notably, Britney. However, ever since her 1999 debut, Aguilera has been pumping out hit after hit, not afraid to be herself and make a statement.
In the Out magazine interview,The “Genie in a Bottle” songstress talks about her new album Bionic and the powerful team of producers who worked on the project.“On that first album, I was creatively stifled. On Stripped I was like, I don’t give a f*ck.” And on Bionic,“I don’t get to kiss all the girls and the boys, but I think it’s fun to be open and play.”
Despite her playfulness, Aguilera is quick to note that she is not a girls dream.“I don’t think I could ever really be with a woman because that’s a lot of...” Aguilera pauses.“Yeah, there’s a lot of estrogen and I’m a lot to deal with when it’sthat time of the month, so I can’t imagine it times two.”
