A&E Network will premiere a new two-part, four-hour documentary about pop diva Janet Jackson on Friday, Jan. 28 and Saturday, Jan. 29.

With full, unprecedented access to the global icon, “Janet” is “an intimate, honest and unfiltered look at her untold story,” according to press materials. Producers have been filming the documentary for over three years and were granted exclusive access to archival footage and Jackson’s never-before-seen home videos, along with star-studded interviews with Missy Elliott, Mariah Carey, Paula Abdul and her brother, Tito Jackson.

“This is my story, told by me. Not through someone else’s eyes,” said Jackson.

Check local listings for channels and showtimes. The documentary will also be aired on Lifetime TV.
