 November 2018,The Town of Ocean Ridge enacts an LGBT-inclusive civil rights ordinance.

 

 

 

Michelle Sylvester, an out lesbian, was elected to serve on the Board of Supervisors of the

Palm Beach County Soil and Water Conservation District. 

The School Board of Palm Beach County amends its Commitment to Students policy to prohibit discrimination and harassment by educators based on students' sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.

to address and eliminate bullying at city facilities and in city programs.

The Lake Worth City Commission unanimously adopts an LGBTQ-inclusive Welcoming City resolution

designatingthe City of Lake Worth as a Welcoming City.

Myra Koutzen, an out lesbian, is re-elected without opposition to serve as Mayor of Palm Beach Shores.

Andy Amoroso, an openly gay man, is re-elected without opposition to serve as a Lake Worth City Commissioner.

to enact a ban on conversion therapy for minors.
