Marvilla Condominiums is located at 2124 NE 5 Avenue in Wilton Manors. The illegal transactions Bernard allegedly engaged in included allocating association funds to cover personal obligations and individual needs. The arrest affidavit accuses him of engaging in this conduct over a sustained period of time, from February 3, 2010 to July 3 of 2012.
