Treat yourself to a ball shrouded in elegance and mystery.
LGBT nonprofit Pridelines welcomes guests to their Masquerade Ball this Saturday, Aug 19 from 6:30 to 11:30 p.m. at The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. This year is in celebration of Pridelines’ 35th anniversary in helping the local LGBT community.
Expect “an evening of elegance and romance, reminiscent of Venice’s Carnival to benefit Pridelines,” according to their website.
The 21-and-over event includes a silent auction, cocktail reception, dancing and formal dining. Pridelines will also provide entertainment.
Tickets are $195 per guest, or $1,950 per table, which holds up to 10 guests. All proceeds go towards Pridelines with a percentage going towards SMART Ride 14 production fee.
Pridelines’ mission is to “support, educate and empower South Florida’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth and the community at large in safe and diverse environments through affirming programs and services to promote dialogue, wellness and foster social change.”
