Gay porn site Kink.com will have to defend itself in court after being sued by multiple actors who claimed they got HIV while working for the site.

Three actors sued Kink.com CEO Peter Acworth in 2014 after they said they contracted the sexually transmitted infection while filming, according to Gay Star News.

“Bound in Public” is a division of Kink.com gay porn section. The videos included actors having sex with other actors and members of the public while in various states of submission.

One incident cited in 2013 claims that an actor was forced to have unprotected oral sex with multiple untested members of the general public. The actor said he had a cut in his mouth at the time of filming, and found out he had HIV when he was tested two weeks later.

The Armory, the San Francisco offices where the scenes in question were filmed, is now being used as administrative offices, according to Acworth. Kink.com has not commented on the accusations.

Kink.com attorney Karen Tynan said in 2015 that the claims are “sensational” and should not be trusted.

“None of these claims were made at the time of the shoots, and are easily refuted both by detailed shoot records, our testing protocols, and the video footage itself,” Tynan said to the Courthouse News.
