Online Video Series Offers Financial Advice for LGBT Community

The Advocate, the world’s leading gay news source, recently announced the launch of “The Advocate Money Minute” presented by Wells Fargo. The new, weekly online video series delivers valuable business and financial news concerning the economic well-being of LGBT Americans. “The Money Minute” consists of 12 one-minute video segments that can be viewed on their website, Advocate.com.

 

“‘The Advocate Money Minute’ marks the launch of our newest Web series, and we could not be more thrilled than to partner with Wells Fargo on this exciting project. The segments feature expert Advocate correspondents, along with Wells Fargo bankers and financial advisors, offering insightful perspectives on a wide variety of pertinent and timely financial topics. These knowledgeable contributors address a multitude of topics, such as today’s volatile economic climate, money management, and planning for retirement.

Specific “Money Minute” episodes include “Mortgages and Buying a House Together?,” “Tax Implications of Domestic Partner Benefits,” and “Wills and Estate Planning,” among others.

Additionally, Wells Fargo will present “The Advocate Money Minute: Bonus.” These ancillary videos spotlight specific Wells Fargo financial initiatives that benefit their LGBT customers.
