Ellie (ID 588937) may have some pre-mature graying on her nose, but she certainly doesn’t act like a seven-year-old dog. This sweet little girl loves attention and is a social butterfly. At 31 pounds Ellie would benefit from an exercise program, but nothing too strenuous. She was brought to the Humane Society of Broward County after her owner passed away, so now sweet Ellie is just waiting for the chance to find someone she can love again. Ellie's adoption fee has been generously sponsored by the estate of her former owner.
Galileo (ID 589359) is currently the oldest pet at the shelter waiting to be adopted. After having a home for the past 15 years, he was given up because a new family member is allergic. Galileo is an absolute love bug who enjoys cuddling, once he settles in, and he likes to play with toys. Pet his chin and he purrs and purrs. Galileo has been declawed on all his feet so it is important that he never go outside as he could not defend himself. Can he be part of your family?
