Sweet Elvis (ID 583552) finds himself all alone after his owner passed away.  At 11 years young, he has a lot of competition with the younger felines, but hopes you have room in your heart and home for him.  Elvis is a sweet and social fellow who gets along with other kitties.  Can this super-star be part of your family?

SFGN Pets2If you’re looking for a fun-loving family dog to be part of your family, Hercules (ID 583588) is the fellow for you.  Hercules sadly lost his home of 6 years because the landlord said no pets. At 85 pounds there is a lot of Hercules to love, and this guy likes people of all ages, is very affectionate and likes to give hugs, is crate trained, knows basic commands and is good with other dogs.  Adopt Hercules and you’re sure to be his hero.

When you adopt from the Humane Society of Broward County the dogs and cats are spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, receive preliminary vaccinations, cats are feline leukemia tested, and dogs over 7 months are tested for heartworm.  They also receive a flea/tick preventative, a 10-day limited health care plan from VCA Animal Hospitals, 30 days of Trupanion Pet Insurance and a bag of Purina ONE pet food.  The HSBC opens daily at 10:30 and is located at 2070 Griffin Road, a block west of I-95.  For more details call 954-989-3977 ext. 6.  To see who else is looking for a home visit www.humanebroward.com
