Pets: Aleah

Via the Humane Society

Cuteness overload! Meet 9-week-old Aleah (ID 614909) who weighs just 1.7 pounds and would love to go home with you. Aleah is just one of many adorable kittens looking to be adopted at the Humane Society.

Shelters all over the country typically see an increase in kittens during the summer months, so if you’ve thought about adopting now may be the perfect time.

Senior pets need love too and 9-year-old Spice (ID 615023) would love to spend her golden years with you. This gal came to the HSBC from another shelter where she was getting passed by for younger dogs, so she is hoping her luck will change here. Spice enjoys treats, knows some basic commands and loves to be with people. Can you give her the loving home she deserves?

The HSBC opens daily at 10:30 and is located at 2070 Griffin Road, a block west of I-95. For more details call 954-989-3977 ext. 6. To see who else is looking for a home visit www.humanebroward.com. When you adopt from the Humane Society of Broward County the dogs and cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive preliminary vaccinations, cats are feline leukemia tested, and dogs over 7 months are tested for heartworm. They also receive a flea/tick preventative, a 14-day limited health care plan from VCA Animal Hospitals, 30 days of Trupanion Pet Insurance and a bag of Purina ONE pet food.
