The Miami-Dade Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (MDGLCC) is one of the largest and most active business chambers of its kind in South Florida. Since its inception over 12 years ago, we have taken pride in successfully promoting and supporting opportunities for the LGBT and allied community through its role as a grassroots business and professional association.

On Wednesday, Feb. 12join us at the “Addressing Unemployment in our Transgender Community”Forumpresented by Unity Coalition. We invite everyone, especially businesses, to this free roundtable discussion to; educate ourselves on the laws and rights, understand the challenges and address fears & misconceptions, identify needs of the transgender community and develop employment opportunities.
On Friday, Feb. 28join us for a Networking Breakfast with Dale Carnegie Training entitled "Sell more in 2014.” At this interactive and engaging seminar participants will learn how to: sell with increased confidence, connect quickly and easily with prospects and customers, build relationships so prospects and clients want to talk about their interests, understand the power of following a sales process, understand how a positive attitude contributes to sales results, incorporate best practices for results oriented appointments.
