The Donald Sterling saga took a twist on Thursday when TMZ Sports obtained a lawsuit that V. Stiviano filed against Shelly Sterling that claims she never slept with the loose-lipped billionaire and he's secretly gay.

She claims the cars and property from Sterling "were given to her in exchange for being Donald's "beard" -- and she insists Shelly knew about it.

"Stiviano states ... she was 'not ever a sexual partner of Donald T. Sterling' and 'believes that [Sterling] is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts and or sexual congress with males,'" TMZ reports.

"In the legal doc, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Stiviano says Shelly was 'acutely aware of [Donald's] sexual orientation and condoned same as well as acknowledged and approved [Donald's] gifts of money [to Stiviano].'

Stiviano is suing the Sterlings upwards of no less than $10 million claiming she's been slandered as a thief and embezzler.

The legal papers state that Stiviano believes Sterling "is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts and/or sexual congress with males," the site reported.

It was Stiviano on the phone with Sterling this Spring when his racist comments were made, leading the NBA to strip him of ownership in a contested legal battle. The tape of the phone call, in which Sterling admonished Stiviano for bringing "black people" to Clippers games, making special mention of Magic Johnson.

"Don't put him [Magic] on an Instagram for the world to have to see," Donald said. "And don't bring him to my games."

He later complicated matters by knocking Johnson to CNN's Anderson Cooper. "What kind of a guy goes to every city, has sex with every girl, then he catches HIV?" Sterling said.

"I think he should be ashamed of himself. I think he should go into the background.

"But what does he do for the black people? He doesn't do anything."

TMZ reached out to Sterling for a comment, but he didn't answer their request.
